Old school spaghetti




4 parts :
500 g macaroni (spaghetti)
2 grated tomatoes
3 grated garlic cloves
2 tablespoons tomato concentrate
laurel / thyme
salt pepper
3 tablespoons of oil
grated cheese at will

Steps :

-Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the grated tomato, tomato concentrate, crushed garlic, bay leaf/thyme, pepper/salt, and simmer for 5 minutes, then add 1 cup of hot water and bring to a simmer.
-Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water.
-Take out the Al dente pasta and dip it in the sauce until it is done cooking, and if water is needed, don’t hesitate to use the pasta cooking water.
-Serve spaghetti with hot tomato sauce and grated cheese.
